Q. Can I try your product before I buy them?
We created our mattresses after too many restless nights. We poured countless hours into the Coirfit sleep experience, testing hundreds of options so you don’t have to.
All our mattresses have been designed to provide a great night’s sleep and we stand behind them with free shipping and incredible customer support.

You can try our mattress at either of our dealer stores or Coirfit Studios. You can find your nearest dealer store here. 

Q. What all certifications do you have?
Coirfit Products have been tested and certified compliant with the demanding standards of four leading certification programs: Dakks, ISI, ISO 90012000, IAF and ISPF.

Q. I don’t know how to measure my mattress.

Measuring your mattress size is easy-peasy. First remove all outer coverings of the mattress like bedsheets, mattress protectors or comforters. Measure from head of the mattress to the foot for length. For width, measure from one side of the mattress to other. Measure from bottom of the mattress to top for thickness. 

Q. What mattress sizes do you offer?

How do I set up my mattress?

The mattress is already assembled. All you have to do is remove the packaging and lay the mattress on your bed.

How Do I clean my mattress?

To clean your mattress, remove all outer coverings of the mattress. Only use a damp cloth to wipe off all the stains and to keep your mattress sanitised. For your safety, all Coirfit mattresses have bed bug resistant and anti dust mite advantage.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is shipping?

Zero. We do not want you to borne the extra transit cost and send you your sleep heaven free of shipping cost. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes of course. You send us a mail at [email protected] or call us on toll free number 18005729915 to update about the change. However, we do not advice change the shipping address once the product is shipped as it will lead to delays in delivery. 

When will I receive my mattress?

The stipulated delivery timeline is 7-15 days. If you don’t receive your mattress after 15 days, you can call us toll free number 18005729915 or email us at [email protected] to get an update.

RETURN POLICY

What’s your return policy?

Returns are only applicable in case you receive a-

  1. Product with manufacturing defects
  2. Damaged product due to transit
  3. Wrong product
  4. Incorrect Size measurements given by you.
